Ordered a t- shirt as a present in May of 2020, which I never received. I've called them many, many times and left messages, and emailed them, but have never received any response. Never received product

Plain and simple.....they took my money, but I never received the product. According to the website, they ship within a couple of days after the order is placed.
I placed my order April 12th and still nothing. Google needs to take note of this bogus site! If you watch the reviews that are posted on their website, they are recycling "satisfied customer" photos with newer dates on them.
I've tried emailing their customer service and I get absolutely no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I chose my item with plans for regular ground shipping. As it went through PayPay, there was ground shipping and the item price on the invoice, but with a total of $ 45.11.
The cost should have processed at $ 18.98. As soon as I received the notice from PayPal I sent BetterthanPants an email through PayPal the same day and minutes after receiving this from PayPal.
BetterthanPants response the next day was that I had apparently checked Express Mail and hence the higher total.
Frustratingly, I never received the customary immediate acknowledgment email receipt from the Vendor of the transaction and received no subsequent shipping/tracking details.
To add insult to injury the shipping package when opened was infested with ants
I have repeatedly asked for the shipping overcharge for Express Shipping ... not my decision.

Horrible!

Some sort of scam operation. They would get zero stars from me if that was an option!
Heres what I got after weeks of no communication, phone calls, and a zillion emails to which I received no response. Honestly I was amazed anything even arrived. The screen print is so dark you cant even see the face of the character.
Im sure they will not respond to my complaints.

Most e-commerce sites charge once the product is shipped. Well, its now 5 weeks later and the product has not shipped.
I sent an email, I filled out their contact form on their website, and I have called them twice (got voicemail) and they have never taken the time to respond. Stay away!!!

How to get your money back!

I had the same experience as most reviewers here. Paid up front, no delivery, no response from the company, etc.
After prolonged attempts to reach this company. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau online. I was connected to the correct office for this company's location. Within a week I had a full refund.
Gather as much info as you can about your purchase transaction and BetterThanPants.com info (available here and on the company's website) and file a complaint.
They will reach out to the company on your behalf and you should get satisfaction finally. Good luck!

Update!! Finally received our order on Sept.
29th.
We were completely blown away as we'd given up because we literally heard nothing from the company despite our numerous attempts to get some info. That being said, the shirts were decent quality but I'll still never order from here again as it was an extremely frustrating experience and just not worth it.
I placed an order on August 9th, 2020 for 2 shirts that were meant as a gift. Supposed to ship out within 3 days but 22 days later still no email indicating shipment sent and product never received.
I've called and sent 2 follow-up emails asking for info and no response at all! But they took my money!
