Paid for priority shipping and order came late
I paid for expedited shipping and my order came late. I alerted them to this problem its been almost 48 hours and I have not heard anything from them.
There is no contact phone number, no refund slip in the package. Terrible service!

Lost item
Ordered a t- shirt as a present in May of 2020, which I never received. I've called them many, many times and left messages, and emailed them, but have never received any response. Too bad for them because I have ordered from them quite a bit in the past, and would've continued to do so if we could have resolved this.

No Order Received
No item sent to me. No response from emails I sent.
No return information on messages left on customer service phone number. No refund. This is no way to run a company. I wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered.

Never received product
Plain and simple.....they took my money, but I never received the product. According to the website, they ship within a couple of days after the order is placed.
I placed my order April 12th and still nothing. Google needs to take note of this bogus site! If you watch the reviews that are posted on their website, they are recycling "satisfied customer" photos with newer dates on them.
I've tried emailing their customer service and I get absolutely no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Need to know where my package is

Unhappy with shipping charge and bugs in the box
I chose my item with plans for regular ground shipping. As it went through PayPay, there was ground shipping and the item price on the invoice, but with a total of $ 45.11.
The cost should have processed at $ 18.98. As soon as I received the notice from PayPal I sent BetterthanPants an email through PayPal the same day and minutes after receiving this from PayPal.
BetterthanPants response the next day was that I had apparently checked Express Mail and hence the higher total.
Frustratingly, I never received the customary immediate acknowledgment email receipt from the Vendor of the transaction and received no subsequent shipping/tracking details.
To add insult to injury the shipping package when opened was infested with ants
I have repeatedly asked for the shipping overcharge for Express Shipping ... not my decision.

Horrible!
This site is a THE WORST. Total joke!
Some sort of scam operation. They would get zero stars from me if that was an option!
Heres what I got after weeks of no communication, phone calls, and a zillion emails to which I received no response. Honestly I was amazed anything even arrived. The screen print is so dark you cant even see the face of the character.
Im sure they will not respond to my complaints.
Never again and buyer beware! Took money, no product
Well lesson learned... ordered a funny t-shirt as a gift. Charged my card within 24 hours, never shipped product, never responded to e-mails or voicemail, and no one was ever available for live chat.

This site is awful ordered a shirt yes they took my money. No shirt it's been a month and of course no reply to ANY of my emails.
Never received my order
I placed an order for almost $40 in mid-August. I got my order number but that's it!
I emailed them 3 times, tried to call them and never got an answer. I asked them to send me a refund but have heard absolutely nothing.

Bad Experience
I ordered shirts on August 5th. They charged my card right away.
Most e-commerce sites charge once the product is shipped. Well, its now 5 weeks later and the product has not shipped.
I sent an email, I filled out their contact form on their website, and I have called them twice (got voicemail) and they have never taken the time to respond. Stay away!!!

How to get your money back!
I had the same experience as most reviewers here. Paid up front, no delivery, no response from the company, etc.
After prolonged attempts to reach this company. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau online. I was connected to the correct office for this company's location. Within a week I had a full refund.
Gather as much info as you can about your purchase transaction and BetterThanPants.com info (available here and on the company's website) and file a complaint.
They will reach out to the company on your behalf and you should get satisfaction finally. Good luck!
